What to Expect on Moving Day
A step-by-step guide to moving day — from before the crew arrives to completion.
Here's what to expect on your moving day, step by step.
Before
Before the Crew Arrives
Prepare for Loading
Double-check that your fridge and washer are empty. Leave cords/hoses connected.
Make sure all boxes are sealed with tape and labeled with contents and room name.
Wait at Your Current Home
Please wait inside your apartment until the crew arrives.
Arrival time may vary slightly — please be flexible.
Keep the number of people in the room to a minimum — the crew needs space to work.
New Home Preparation
Pick up the keys from your property manager the day before.

How It Works
The crew will check your items with you first.
They will then load items in a specific order. Please do not touch or move items — wait inside.
After everything is loaded, we'll do a final walkthrough together to check for forgotten items.
Items We Cannot Transport
Valuables (cash, bank books, seals, jewelry) — please carry these yourself.
Pets — riding in the truck is stressful for animals. Please transport them yourself.

Getting There
Please travel to your new home on your own (train, car, etc.). Riding in the moving truck is prohibited by law.
The crew will drive to your new address. We'll give you an estimated arrival time.
At the New Home
If you arrive first, please wait inside.
Decide furniture placement in advance for a smoother process.
Unloading
Unloading at Your New Home
How It Works
Large furniture and appliances are brought in first, placed where you direct.
Boxes are delivered to each room.
Washer installation (hose connection) is handled by our crew.
Furniture Placement
Tell the crew where to place each item on the spot. Moving heavy items after placement may not be possible.
Payment
We accept cash or credit card.
Requests
Do not schedule furniture/appliance deliveries or AC installation on the same day as your move. Overlapping workers cause delays.
Keep the number of people to a minimum — the crew needs space to unload.
