Habikino & Fujiidera Moving Guide: Kintetsu Minami-Osaka & Furuichi Kofun World Heritage

Complete moving guide for Habikino City and Fujiidera City along Kintetsu Minami-Osaka Line. Rent averages, Furuichi Kofungun World Heritage, Nishi-Meihan / Minami-Hanna Toll / Route 170 conditions, kofun-area delivery cautions.

Habikino & Fujiidera Area Overview

Habikino and Fujiidera are adjacent cities in central South-Kawachi along the Kintetsu Minami-Osaka Line. Both are central to the World Heritage "Mozu-Furuichi Kofungun" (registered July 6, 2019, including 26 Furuichi tombs). With Tennoji 20–25 min away and rent below central Osaka, they form a stable bedroom-town duo for South-Osaka.

This guide covers both cities — rent averages, station-by-station features, road conditions, and delivery cautions. Especially important: kofun-area alleys are narrow — vehicle choice matters when moving.
